Re-frame Your Personal Labels
Personal labels you 'wear' can be changed.
-First, you must choose to change your perception of yourself and the label.
-Next, re-frame the negative label by changing it from an unhealthy word to a positive, healthy word.

Example: I do not see myself as shy around my co-workers. I am conservative about sharing my personal opinions at work.
