What is an introvert - an
extrovert?
Psychologist Carl
Jung wrote in his book, Psychological
Types, that introverts are drawn to the inner world of thought and feeling.
Extroverts
are drawn to the external life of people and activities. Introverts focus on
the meaning they make of the events swirling around them and extroverts plunge
into the events themselves.
Introverts are often described as shy, reflective, thinkers. They listen more than they talk, think before
they speak and recharge their batteries by being alone. Introverts often work
more slowly and deliberately focusing on one task at a time.
Extroverts are often described as assertive
and social. They think out loud, enjoy meeting new people and tend to tackle
assignments quickly. At times, extroverts make fast (sometimes impulsive)
decisions. Extroverts are comfortable with multi-tasking and recharge their
batteries through socializing.

an extrovert?
